I shifted from overwhelming anxiety to radiating unstoppable confidence and magnetic strength
For years, I believed something was wrong with me. I couldn’t understand why I was
constantly caught in patterns of anxiety and frustration with the people in my life.
It would start off great, but then everything would shift, and I’d blame myself. I tried to fix myself, overthinking, texting, calling—desperate for peace that never seemed to come.
I didn’t know how to process my emotions or manage the chaos inside. I thought if I could fix everything around me, I’d feel better.
Then came the breakthrough. A series of realizations—my anxious patterns weren’t
about anyone else; they were about me avoiding myself.
That’s when my real transformation began.
I began the journey back home—to myself. To my body, my essence, my voice, my power,
my sensuality. I learned how to feel, how to trust myself, and how to lean on the Divine for
support. I healed my inner child and found peace in the present moment.
I released blocks and started embodying the security I had always searched for, within
myself. I opened my heart and allowed it to lead me with its wisdom.
Now, as a single mom of two amazing boys, I’m thriving. I’m more confident, aligned, and
radiant than ever. I run a soul-aligned business, care for myself and my loved ones, and
trust the flow of life.
